SERVICE TERMS :

The Services constitute a technology platform that connects users of 360Fixes website provided as part of the Services who are seeking installation services for installation of TV mount, cord concealment or sound bar devices mounting, or related handyman services to a network of third party subcontractor technicians, including independent third party technicians under agreement with 360Fixes (“Third Party Company”).

DISCLAIMER :

The services are completely for your personal and non-commercial use and not to be reused or for any such purpose unless agreed upon in a previous agreement. 360Fixes shall not have any liability whatsoever arising from or in any way related to your own personal transactions or relationship with third party professionals (technicians).

PROFESSIONAL ADVICE :

360Fixes are happy to provide professional and impartial advice by telephone before visiting your property. However, this advice is subject to the information you provide us at the time of call, and can alter upon a visit from the technician. 360Fixes is unable to provide fixed fee for any new products or installations as these vary dependent on the property, of installation required.

All quotations provided are done so on a no obligation basis.

SAME/NEXT DAY SERVICE :

The customers can book an appointment for any possible time they want, be it for the same day or for the next day or any other day they want in advance as well.

GOODS & SERVICES :

All goods and services provided by the company are subject to the conditions set out below and will be the basis of the contract between the company and the customer.

By booking an appointment with 360Fixes, and where the technician visits your property, you agree to any payments or prices quoted during your booking with our website. Failure to pay in full once the installation has been completed will result in any goods or services provided being removed, and/or legal court action.

All goods remain the property of 360Fixes until paid in full. 360Fixes reserves the right to remove any goods where this condition has been breached.

Where stated, the Company is 360Fixes, and the Customer is shall mean any person, company or organisation that places an order with the company for goods and/or services.

By accepting the estimate provided from 360fixes website, you agree to the advice provided by the company, price and the suitability, location & positioning of any equipment, and the terms of the company as set out below. Furthermore, you agree to pay in full upon completion of any works carried out, as agreed with the company.

The technician, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to decline any work deemed unsafe.

At its sole discretion, the company may invoice the customer for any works carried out. All such invoices are

generated according to the prices mentioned on the website 360fixes.ca. Prices may change from time to time depending on the sole discretion of 360Fixes. 360Fixes reserves the right to change or update the price of the services.

The company will not provide guarantee or warranty on any equipment provided by the customer and installed by the 360 Fixes technician . Any further visits from the 360 Fixes technician due to faulty equipment of the customers after installation may result in a diagnostics being required, which may incur further costs. Duration of required service is estimated and not guaranteed.

Property Damage :

It is the customer’s duty to ensure suitable permission from the owner/landlord/agent/organisation, and/or

planning permission if necessary is obtained prior to installation work carried out by the company. The

company will not be held responsible for any damage to the property (such as fixings, holes etc) if this has not been obtained, and in the event of equipment supplied or installed requiring removing or re-positioning, extra charges will be incurred.

By instructing the company to proceed with any works as agreed, it is understood by the company the customer has sought the necessary permission as set out above.

Where possible, the company will minimize the amount of fixings and holes required for the installation. In the unlikely event of property damage potentially caused by us, the customer must notify the company within seven days of the invoice, in writing to the companies Head Office (address overleaf). Reasonable opportunity must be provided by the customer to the company to inspect the alleged property damage prior to repairs being carried out. The company will not be held for any liability for such damage unless this condition has been met.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS :

All content of this website, including graphics and logo remain the property of 360Fixes, and are not to be copied, reproduced or distributed in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.

COMPLAINTS :

In the unlikely event of a complaint made against the company or the technician, the customer must put their

complaint in writing to the support team 360fixes@gmail.com or call and explain the issue on (1 647-946-8242) at their earliest opportunity. Upon receipt of this complaint, the company will endeavour to resolve the matter within seven days.

NOTICE OF RIGHT TO CANCEL :

The customer must confirm the service on the day of service when the technician calls or text to confirm him about the same. In case customer cancels the service request before the technician reaches the place of installation then there will not be any cancellation fee charged to the customers and the service request can be cancelled or shifted to another date as the customer wants it to be.

 

In case the technician reaches the place of installation and due to some circumstances of the customers like non compatible hardware for mounting or any hardware issues then the cancellation or termination of service would be the customer’s liability and he will be charged a 50 CAD cancellation fee.

 

If the technician reaches the customer’s place and then the customer wants to cancel the appointment, then a cancellation fee of 50 CAD. The customer should inform 360Fixes to avoid any issues of cancellation fee.

The customer can be reassigned another technician in case the technician cancels the appointment but 360Fixes does not guarantee the re-assigning , it’s completely subject to availability.

PRICE MATCH/BEAT GUARANTEE :

The original estimate after booking from the 360fixes.ca website must be presented to 360Fixes subcontractor / technician prior to any works being carried out. We will not accept verbal estimates, or those presented after services have been rendered. We reserve the right to not price match/beat a competitor’s quotation should we not deem it an accurate reflection of the services and time required to complete the installation to a satisfactory level and standard.
